Sep. 28th, 2010 11:22 pmOn Friday night, I finished Etgar Keret's "The Bus Driver Who Wanted to be God and Other Stories." It was pretty good. It's the collection that contains "Kneller's Happy Campers," which the movie "Wristcutters: A Love Story" was based on. For whatever that's worth.
Yesterday, I finished reading Mark Bauerlein's "The Dumbest Generation: How the Digital Age Stupefies Young Americans and Jeopardizes Our Future (Or, Don't Trust Anyone Under 30). It was interesting, had some probably valid points, but I definitely felt a bit offended at times because, well, I'm in that Under-30 group, and while what he's saying may apply to some members of my generation, it certainly doesn't apply to all of us.
